New Alex Box Stadium Statistics - 9,200 (seating capacity)

The New Alex Box Stadium opens Friday night and LSU fans are encouraged to familiarize themselves with services and policies pertaining to the new facility. 

The Tigers play their first game at the new ballpark at 7 p.m. Friday, Feb 20, 2009, when they host Villanova.

Pre-game ceremonies to open the new home for LSU baseball will get under way at 6:15 p.m.
